BANGKOK - Dalam konferensi tahunan mitra channel se-Asia Pasifik, Intel Solutions Summit kemarin, Intel Corp memperkenalkan tiga motherboard baru untuk pengguna multimedia dan pengguna PC entry level.

Ketiga motherboard tersebut adalah Intel Desktop Board DX48BT2 Extreme Series, Intel Desktop Board DG35EC Classic Series, dan Intel Desktop Board D945GCLF Essential Series.

Motherboard-motherboard ini ditujukan untuk extreme gamer, pengguna mainstream untuk multimedia, dan pengguna PC entry-level, memungkinkan sejumlah fitur inovatif untuk PC terkini, seperti kinerja PC yang meningkat, ketajaman video yang lebih tinggi dan teknologi hemat energi.

"Mulai dari pengalaman game yang menyenangkan, gambar yang jernih, sampai komputer desktop dengan harga paling terjangkau untuk ber-Internet, Intel terus memberikan penawaran untuk desktop kelas dunia yang melebihi batas," kata vice president sales and marketing group dan general manager Intel Tom Rampone dalam keterangan resmi yang diterima okezone, Kamis (24/4/2008).

Untuk pengalaman gaming terbaik, Intel® Desktop Board DX48BT2 Extreme Series menghadirkan front side bus tercepat, murni 1600MHz dan dukungan memori yang memberikan kinerja bertenaga dan kemampuan overclock yang ekstrem. Produk ini juga akan menjadi komponen utama untuk para pembuat sistem workstation.

Untuk mainstream user yang ingin merasakan tingkatan baru dalam aplikasi 3D dan multimedia, Intel® Desktop Board DG35EC Classic Series dibuat dengan integrated graphic dengan kinerja terbaik pada arsitektur Intel. Disamping memberikan kestabilan dan kinerja yang mengagumkan, integrated graphic dan konektor memenuhi ragam kebutuhan digital, termasuk 1080p video playback untuk movie clip, media stream dan generasi terakhir videocamera HD, tanpa membutuhkan tambahan video card.
